Facebook

I’m on Facebook!  OK there’s nothing unusual about that these days but I thought I’d just add a little note here because I’ve added the facebook app which means posts from here are fed straight into facebook… and I wanted to check that it works!

So- welcome if you found your way to the blog through facebook.

If you are reading the blog but haven’t yet found me on facebook (or haven’t yet found facebook), send me a message.  If you are interested in more frequent, shorter and possibly more superficial updates on our life here.

If you have no idea what I am talking about and are not interested, just ignore this post!

And I promise, a more newsy post will be coming here very soon.

Welcome to our new blog!

This is the new version of the “Luis & Sharon… and Baby” website. A new version is necassary for a couple of reasons, firstly because I felt it was time for a change. Secondly, (and the major motivating factor) was that I can no longer access the old site to change the main pages because we no longer use clear.net. The site is still there, but I can’t gurantee for how long, so I would advise you to change your bookmarks!

The other reason for change is because I have been terribly bad at updating the site. A new look and an easier sytem (ie blogs!) will hopefully mean that you get more regular updates from us.

I have imported all my journal posts from the old site to here, and have done the same with Maya’s Baby Pages which can now be found on her own “Maya’s Page“. Our photo album is still there on smugmug, and links to both can be found on the right of this page.

After mucking around with set up and graphics and posts to Maya’s Page I have run out of time to post much else here. I’ll be back to update our goings-on- so check back soon!

For now here’s some photos taken at  my sister Deborah’s wedding in May.
